Amidst the Puerto Rican literary occur Effervescent events should not be lost in anonymity. Therefore, it is important to report the death of playwright and writer Gerard Paul Marin, author of Puerto Rican theater emblematic works like "Stories, stories and more stories" and "At the end of the street." Marin, 90, died April 14, 2011.

In a ceremony full of friends, among whom were the poet Magaly Quinones, guitarist Nelida Cortes, and personalities from the theatrical and Victoria Espinosa, Rosa Luisa M to rques and Yvonne Petrovich, the writer was remembered with joy and serenity by his widow, the poet Lilliane Pérez Marchand. For its part, the multifaceted artist Antonio Martorell shared anecdotes about his friendship for many years joined with the Marin-Perez family.

Gerard Paul Marin was also a prolific storyteller. Their tales are scattered in newspapers and magazines. Therefore, In the letters, from Puerto Rico calls on Puerto Rican Culture Institute to render him a deserved tribute to the publication of his narrative and dramatic.
